Baby tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch
Last fed 2h 10m ago. Right side next.
Milkmoon keeps everyone who cares for your baby on the same page. Log every feed, bottle, pumping session, diaper and nap with one thumb, and it’s on your partner’s phone within seconds.
One thumb, half asleep.
Big buttons for feeding, bottles, pumping, diapers and sleep. One tap starts a timer or logs it; a soft haptic and a “Saved” tick confirm it, and Undo is there for five seconds.
- Breastfeeding timer with left and right sides, pause and switch. Saving is its own deliberate tap.
- Start, pause and switch sides from the Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island, without unlocking.
- Widgets, Control Center, Siri and the Apple Watch app, so you rarely need to open the app at all.
Your partner sees it before they ask.
Invite your partner, a grandparent or the nanny (up to six caregivers) by Messages, Mail or a link. New entries show up on everyone’s iPhone within seconds, offline changes merge when you’re back online, and every entry says who logged it.
Sharing works between Apple Accounts through iCloud. For someone without an iPhone, send a spreadsheet or a PDF of the last seven days.
Premium
Know roughly what’s next.
From the third day of logging, Milkmoon suggests a window for the next nap and the next feed, worked out from your baby’s own last few days and the typical range for their age. Tap “Why?” and every number behind it is right there. Insights show how the week went: total sleep, the longest stretch, feeds and diapers, compared with the week before.
Suggestions, not advice. Every baby is different, so ask your pediatrician about yours.
Made for 3 a.m.
After dark, Milkmoon dims to warm, red-shifted colors with buttons big enough to hit without looking. The screen stays on while you feed, and the timer keeps running on your Lock Screen, even if the app is closed.
- Night mode turns on by itself, 9 pm to 6 am by default.
- Elapsed time in large, rounded numerals you can read with one eye open.
- Timers are saved as timestamps, so a closed app, the Watch and your partner’s phone always agree.
Your log is never locked.
Tracking apps keep moving the basics behind a paywall. Milkmoon won’t. Premium sells foresight and reports, never the ability to write down a feed.

Premium
Walk into the checkup prepared.
A one-page PDF for any date range: daily feeds, sleep and diapers, an hour-by-hour chart, growth, medicines, notes, and the questions you meant to ask, printed at the end so they don’t get forgotten in the room.
Your family’s log stays in your family.
- No account
- Open the app and start logging. Nothing to sign up for.
- No servers of ours
- Entries live on your devices and in your own iCloud. They never reach us, because there’s nowhere for them to go.
- No ads, no analytics
- No third-party SDKs of any kind. The App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected.”
- No AI in your baby’s data
- Suggestions are plain arithmetic on your phone, and you can see every number.
Questions parents ask
Will I ever have to pay to keep logging?
No. Every log type, unlimited history, family sharing, export, widgets, Live Activities and the Apple Watch app work without Premium, and stay that way. If prices ever change, people who already bought keep what they bought.
Does everyone need an iPhone?
To log, each caregiver needs an Apple Account on an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch. For a nanny or daycare on another phone, send a spreadsheet or a PDF of the last seven days from the Family tab.
Is Milkmoon a medical app?
No. It records what you log and shows patterns. Nap and feed windows are suggestions based on your baby’s recent days and typical ranges for their age. Ask your pediatrician about your baby.
What happens if I log something offline?
It’s saved on your phone first, before the sheet even closes, and syncs when you’re back online. Changes from different phones merge.
Can my partner share Premium?
Yes. With Apple’s Family Sharing, Premium is shared with your family group.
